My Telegram Stars are missing. What should I do?

Telegram Stars are Telegram’s own currency, kept in your Stars balance on Telegram. If you bought Stars and they are not showing:

1. Check your Stars balance: open Settings → Your Stars, signed in as the Telegram user the Stars are for.
2. Stars from the App Store or Google Play: ask the store that charged you for the Stars (Apple, Google Play).
3. Stars from a website or a bot: ask the site or bot where you got the Stars. On iPhone and iPad, Luckgram’s Stars screen offers Get Stars (Multichain & non-KYC) (the NiceStars website), Get on Fragment (Fragment) and Get on Telegram (Telegram’s @PremiumBot).
