Community participants are not automatically Luckgram employees. Never share login codes, two-step passwords, exported account sessions, private keys, recovery material, or remote-access control of your device.

Luckgram is built from open-source Telegram clients and adds platform-specific code. Some product integrations are not present in the public checkout, so public source can prove that an integration point exists without proving that every part of the feature is available or reproducible.

Reporting a problem

Include:

1. platform and operating-system version;
2. Luckgram version;
3. affected feature and account type;
4. steps that reproduce the issue;
5. expected and actual result;
6. a redacted screenshot or log when safe.

For source-code issues, use the relevant repository’s issue tracker when enabled. For account, billing, wallet, or private-data problems, write to [email protected], also when the app does not open.
