Why availability changes

A feature may depend on:

• the operating system and Luckgram version;
• a free, Premium, Premium+, or usage-credit entitlement;
• country, store, or legal restrictions;
• a staged rollout or experiment;
• Telegram account state and server availability;
• a feature-specific backend or third-party provider.
