Most missing-feature cases come from availability rather than a damaged account.
First check whether the feature is retired. Updating or
buying a subscription does not restore a retired feature. Otherwise check these
causes in order.
Platform: confirm the feature page lists iOS, Android, or Desktop.
Plan or balance: check whether the action requires Premium, Premium+, Gems,
or another usage allowance.
Region or store: legal and distribution rules can hide a feature.
Rollout: beta and limited-rollout tools do not reach every account at once.
Account state: some tools require a completed Luckgram service sign-in,
eligible Telegram account, or specific chat permissions.
Network/provider: AI, translation, and account-insight features can
depend on services beyond Telegram messaging.
Safe refresh steps
Confirm important drafts or local-only files are saved.
Close and reopen Luckgram.
Switch to the affected account again.
Check Luckgram settings for a disabled tab or feature toggle.
Update the app.
Do not delete the app, clear all app data, or sign out of every account before
reading Before you reinstall Luckgram.
If the feature is still missing, contact support with the platform, Luckgram
version, feature name, and a screenshot that does not expose phone numbers, login
codes, wallet secrets, or private messages.
