The former in-app wallet financial functionality is no longer available in Luckgram. Older instructions for creating a wallet, sending assets, swaps, NFTs inside the wallet, or connecting dApps do not describe the current app.
Historical wallet-linked account access is separate from an in-app financial wallet. Seeing a linked sign-in method does not mean that asset transfers or other wallet functions are available.
Contact official support and describe the action you were trying to perform, your platform, and app version. Do not send recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, login codes, or exported sessions to anyone, including support. Avoid signing out of a working account before your access options are clear.
There is no verified universal asset-migration or recovery procedure in this Help Center. Support must check the specific historical setup; recovery or the reversal of a transaction cannot be promised.
