Help W3 evidence: October 18, 2026 (sensitive content)

This public ledger backs the Help page written in wave W3 of the public Wiki sync: Sensitive and restricted content. Advertising and account deletion stay on the generated Quick answers page only: hand-written pages that restated those facts took other questions in the data agent’s measurement of October 18 (remove-ads and second-number questions), so they were dropped before merge. Data room facts are cited by path at luckgram/dataroom 639e064 (a private repository, so not linked; the same statements are public on Quick answers). Luckgram source links are pinned to the revisions reviewed on October 10 (iOS f42e2ad, still origin/master on October 18; Android 235be7c). A string in public source shows what a client can display; it does not prove that a given installed release shows it. Official pages were fetched on October 18, 2026.

Dropped for lack of a source, or by rule

Planned statement Why dropped
Prices, the minimum budget, payment methods, the audience size and where ads appear in the app Operator rule of 2026-10-18 for ads@ mail (no prices, minimums, audience numbers or terms), kept on the Wiki for consistency; where ads appear would also pull “How do I remove ads?” questions, which the ads fact answers
[email protected], the @LuckgramAds channel and a person to write to ads@ mail now only redirects to Telegram (same rule); the page keeps to the two places named in the fact
Deleting the Telegram account from Luckgram on Android Not found in the Android client at 235be7c: Privacy and Security offers only the “Delete my account if away for” timer (Android strings:3677-3679); the deletion request is sent only from the sign-in and terms screens. The page names the deactivation page for any device
The If Away For timer as a way to delete (default 18 months) Not a way to delete now; kept the page to its question
People who have your number in their contacts are told when you join again Sourced (Telegram FAQ), dropped to keep the page short and off phone number and sign-in wording
“paid” in “Luckgram does not open deleted, private or paid content” Wording rule for W3 (no paid wording outside its own topic); the full sentence stays in the fact and on Quick answers
“your account settings” Written as “your sensitive content settings on Telegram”, the name Telegram gives them (row above), to keep account wording off the page
Telegram’s 18+ spoiler, age verification and the setting that shows sensitive content Operator product answers, section 6: answers never describe or promise access to restricted or sensitive content
The app shows Telegram’s own message for a restricted channel Not clean: for a chat restricted on all platforms Luckgram for Android shows its own banner (MessagesController.java:22805-22828)
A note “Ghost mode and deleted messages” Skipped. The facts ghost-mode-replaced and deleted-messages-retired give a date and a retirement and nothing more to explain: no public source says what Preview mode does today (the website changelog of 2020-03-08 says it changed again at Telegram’s request), and a page on them would draw reading-without-being-seen and restore-my-chats questions that other pages answer. Both answers stay on Quick answers
