Help gaps evidence — October 16, 2026 (W6b)

This public ledger backs the second half of packet W6: “How do I change my username?” on Profiles, folders, and interface and the “I get no notifications at all” section of “Notifications repeat or keep coming back” on App problems. Luckgram source links are pinned to iOS f42e2ad and Android 235be7c. A string in public source shows what a client can display; it does not prove that a given installed release shows it. Usernames and notifications are Telegram features; nothing here promises a Luckgram-only feature.

Dropped for lack of a source

Planned statement Why dropped
Changing or removing a username frees the old one for others Telegram’s FAQ and API pages say a removed username can no longer be found and that usernames are first-come, first-served; none says when, or whether, the old one becomes available to someone else
Signed in on several devices, Telegram may deliver notifications only to the active device No Telegram FAQ, API page or client string found that states this delivery rule
